Terms And Conditions

  1. Registration and Payment:

    1.1. All participants must complete the registration process to secure a spot at Dynamic Sports Center.

    1.2. The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration.

    1.3. All payments should be sent by INTERAC to info@dynamicsportscenter.com with the child/player's name as a reference note or by credit card when you recieve our invoice.

  2. Age and Eligibility:

    2.1. Dynamic Sports Center is open to children aged 5 to 12 years old.

    2.2. Participants must meet the age requirements on the first day of the camp to be eligible.

  3. Health and Safety:

    3.1. Participants must be in good health and physically fit to take part in the soccer camp.

    3.2. Parents/guardians must inform the organizers of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their child's participation.

    3.3. Dynamnic Sports center will adhere to all necessary health and safety protocols.

  4. Camp Schedule:

    4.1. Dynamic Sports Camp will run for the specified duration(Oct 7 2023 - March 23 2024), with sessions scheduled on specific dates and times.

    4.2. The organizers reserve the right to modify the camp schedule if necessary, and participants will be notified in advance.

  5. Conduct and Discipline:

    5.1. Participants must demonstrate respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow campers.

    5.2. Any disruptive or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the participant being expelled from the camp without a refund.

  6. Liability and Waiver:

    6.1. Parents/guardians agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with their child's participation in the soccer camp.

    6.2. The organizers, coaches, and staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the camp.

  7. Media Release:

    7.1. By registering for Dynamic Sports camp, parents/guardians grant permission to use their child's name, likeness, and photographs in camp-related promotional materials.

  8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    8.1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the soccer camp in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.

    8.2. Participants who wish to withdraw from the camp must notify the organizers in writing. Refund eligibility will be based on the withdrawal date as follows:

    • 30 days or more before the camp start date: 100% refund

    • 15-29 days before the camp start date: 50% refund

    • Less than 15 days before the camp start date: No refund

    Note:

    No refund/credit for missed days regardless of the reason (sickness, quarantine, weather, disciplinary actions, acts of God).

  9. Equipment and Attire:

    9.1. Participants must come prepared with appropriate soccer attire, including sportswear, shin guards, and soccer shoes.

    9.2. The organizers will provide necessary soccer equipment for training purposes.

    9.3 Shin guards & outdoor soccer cleats are recommended. Jewelry must be removed or taped and glasses must be securely held with a strap.

  10. Parental Involvement:

    10.1. Parents/guardians are welcome to observe the camp from designated areas but are not allowed on the field during sessions.

  11. Communication:

    11.1. The organizers will communicate important camp information to parents/guardians through email or other designated channels.

By registering at Dynamic Sports Center, parents/guardians agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above. The soccer camp aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Attestation

I assure to you that:
  1. I am parent/guardian of the above named participant having full legal responsibility for decisions regarding the above named participant.

  2. I believe that my minor/ward is physically, emotionally and mentally able to participate in the programs, activities and events of the sports center.

  3. I hereby acknowledge that I am aware of the risks and hazards associated with or related to soccer. The risks and hazards include, but are not limited to injures from:

    • Exerting and stretching various muscle groups;
    • Dry land training, mainly running and soccer training exercises;
    • Grass, turf and other surfaces that might result in bacterial infections and rashes;
    • Falls to the ground due to uneven or irregular terrain or surfaces;
    • Collisions with soccer equipment;
    • Failure to properly use any piece of equipment or the mechanical failure of any piece of equipment;
    • Contact, colliding or being struck by other participants, spectators, or equipment;
    • Extreme weather conditions that may result in heat stroke, sunstroke, or hypothermia.
I understand and agree that:
  1. I am registering my child/ward willingly and he/she is participating voluntarily in these activities, events and programs.
  2. I agree that there are risks in soccer as described above and my child/ward will be exposed to these risks and hazards.
  3. I agree to accept all these risks and hazards and be responsible for any injury or other loss, which my minor child/ward might receive while participating in these events, activities and programs.
  4. If something happens to my child/ward, I release the Organization of responsibility for any claims, demands, action and costs that might arise out of my child/ward's participation.
  5. I accept sole responsibility for my child/ward's personal possessions and athletic equipment.
  6. I accept all liability for any damage to playing equipment caused by my child/ward's careless, negligent and/or improper handling.
